​A FEW WINTER UPDATES ...

Dear Homeowners ... Due to the cold weather and temperatures dropping below freezing, we have shut off the spigot in the bath house hallway in front of the mens and ladies rooms. This will keep ice from forming on that walkway if water is accidently spilled or the faucet drips. There is a spigot for winter water behind the small log cabin for homeowners to use during the off-season. 

Also, we have placed orange stakes along the access road to mark the speed bumps.  Please do not remove them or drive over them.  In the event we have plowable snow this winter, the snowplow driver needs to know where the speed bumps are so he (or she) can lift their plow.
