4th of JULY REMINDERS

Just a few quick reminders to our OSC Homeowners and their extended families and guests ...

• No fireworks of any kind are permitted on our grounds including the beach area.
• Please don't flush wipes of any kind down the toilet.
• Please pick up after your dogs ... including the common areas and roads.
• Our pool serves over 200 families in the community.  Please be respectful and courteous to others utilizing the pool ... Don't reserve a large group of chairs ... Share the space. Mind your children while they are at the pool. Excessive horseplay can result in someone getting seriously hurt when the pool is crowded.
• And, please help us keep the bathhouse in order. See something, say something. Any acts of vandalism will result in the bathhouse being locked down outside pool hours. And if any vandalism occurs during pool hours and the bathhouse has to be completely shutdown, per state laws we will also need to shutdown the pool.

We want everyone to have fun and enjoy their time here. So please be respectful of others and the close proximity in which we all live.
