Dear Homeowners ... Attached are the minutes from our 2022 Annual Association Meeting in August. It took a little time to get the minutes compiled ... as no one took notes during the actual meeting. (Oops!) We thought the meeting was being recorded via the Zoom call ... but found out a few days later that the recording failed. So everyone who spoke had to go back to their notes ... and try to remember exactly what they said during the meeting! We believe we finally got it all! For those of you that attended, we hope this is a good summary of what you heard. For those of you that were unable to attend in person or via Zoom, we hope these minutes give you a good understanding of what the Board presented that day. A PDF copy is attached for your review.
